THE SISTERS
We're Tina and Adi — sisters, and the people behind Preferita.
Between us, we have over 15 years in hospitality. We've worked in Budapest, in Italy, in Spain. We learned what makes a restaurant genuinely good — and what just looks like it.
We opened Preferita because we wanted to build the place we'd actually want to go to ourselves. Not white-glove fine dining. Not a tourist trap. Just a warm, lively, honestly welcoming place where the pasta is handmade, the pizza is done properly, and we're genuinely glad you came.
Our restaurant is more than a place to eat; we hope to build a vibrant hub filled with laughter and warmth. Our regulars share their lives with us over coffee and hearty meals.
As creatives, we personally design every layer of the Preferita experience— artwork and cinematic storytelling to the menu architecture and culinary concepts. Adi brings the hands-on, dreamy touch, while Tina, the number magician, ensures we stay grounded in reality.
Our greatest aspiration is to create a second home for all who enter—inviting everyone to share their stories and savour every moment. We are truly grateful for the opportunity to build a place for likeminded fellows. ;)
